South Florida Siberian Husky RescueIN MEMORY OF INDIANA:

Indiana was found by a fellow rescuer.  He came to us, never having known love at 9 years old.  He was missing patches of fur and infested with fleas.  Indiana was cared for by two of our volunteers during the rest of his life here with us, both of whom made sure the rest of his life was full of love and affection.  Laura fostered him for almost a year.  During this time, Indiana was nursed back to health and learned to live in a house.  His fur grew back and his emotional scars began to heal.  He then was adopted by Marilyn and Manny, also volunteers of SFSHRI.  Indiana lived the rest of his life with them, being pampered and loved every day Indiana surely will be missed by all, especially those who cared for him during his time with us.
