BEFORE APPLYING FOR ADOPTION PLEASE READ

IMPORTANT! Before you consider a Siberian Husky, please understand that they need an owner that will long-term commit to giving them obedience, activity, exercise and entertainment. They have a unique character, are extremely intelligent and have a high energy level. They are strictly indoor pets and can NEVER be let off leash or left in a backyard un-supervised; they are escape artists!! Also, they are not guard dogs. Because of these characteristics and traits, they can frustrate almost anyone. Siberian Huskies can be a lot of work, and they should be only owned by those that are aware and most importantly, willing to work with the breed. Please, before adopting this multi-characteristic breed into your home, take your time and surf through our website. Know the facts first! You should consider another breed if this variety of relationship does not appeal to you, but please do your research when adopting any breed of dog.

Hello everyone, I’m Ookami which is Japanese for Wolf, but I’m nothing like a wolf, I am still a puppy.  I am full of energy and get lots of attention from everyone who sees me.  I am very friendly and get along great with all dogs and children.  I follow commands and am housebroken, but I do not like the crate.  I’m not very happy when I am left alone, but I will do well with a playmate.  Please give me a new home with a family that I can love and have another dog to play with.  I also would love to have a family who loves to be outside so I can get lots of exercise and run and play.  Won’t you think about giving me a new home with you, I promise you won’t be sorry cause I’ll love you and give you lots of kisses.

My name is Zeus, and I am a very special boy.  Presently I live with my mom who is quite sick.  She loves me very much and wants me to have a new home when she is gone.  I love to go on long walks about 2 to 3 miles everyday, and I do walk well on my leash.  I have excellent house manners and am a loving boy.  I don’t want to leave my mom, but I know I will have to soon, so I am hoping for a family who will love me and take me for walks and be my new family.  Please love me and consider taking me into your home and making me a part of your family, because I don’t want to be alone and I really need  to be loved.

Hi, I’m Damon, and I am a foreclosure dog.  My family lost their home and had to give me up.  It made them very sad, but they knew I would get a new home because I’m a very sweet boy.  I am particular about what other dogs I spend my time with, but I am housebroken, crate trained and love to play.  I used to play a lot with my brother Dakhota who is also up for adoption.  We were very close, and I’d love to be with him in a new home, but I would be happy with a new family who would love me.  I want a new home, won’t you consider me for your new pet?

Name: Dakhota Age: 5.5 years

My name is Dakhota and just like my brother, I am a foreclosure dog.  Life has not been easy for my family, but they loved us and hope we will get a new loving home.

I am housebroken, crate trained, walk well on a leash and some say I am very handsome.  I love to play and go for walks and rides.  I get along with children and like other big dogs.  I would love to be with a family that could give me lots of love, as I miss that a lot.  If possible, I’d like them to take my brother also, as we do very well together, but I would be just as happy with a family who could give me a safe happy home.

Hello! My name is Gio which is short for Giovanni and I am looking for a new home.  I am housebroken, carte trained and learning how not to pull on a leash.  I like all dogs, especially female huskies, as I was raised with my beautiful sister, who now has a new home, and I now live with my foster sister, Ice who I also love.  I am a very laid back boy, and I have one blue eye and one half blue and brown.  I do love everyone and also love to go in the car for rides.  I have excellent house manners and really would like a new home of my own.  If someone out there would have a big heart and take me in to live with them forever, I promise I will be a good boy.

Hi, I’m Nikko, and I am a very happy, playful, fun-loving boy.  I love to run and play with other dogs, and I’m very sociable.  I don’t like cats, they make me crazy.  I walk very well on a leash and I am housebroken and crate trained.  I love big and little people, and would make a wonderful family a great pet.  I want a new home and want a new family, please consider me.

Hello, my name is Mitzi. I'm new to this (rescue) but have a couple years under my harness. Would you consider adopting me please :)

Name: Alex Age: 10 yrs
Adoption Application

Alex is a handsome brown-eyed boy with a rich gray and white coat.  He is housebroken, but not crate trained. Alex loves to play with a tennis ball. He chews them like they are bubble gum. He likes to rinse them off in his water dish too He has once lived with a cat, but is not necessarily cat friendly.  He walks well on a leash and is good with children and likes people in general.  He also will let you know when it is time to eat! He starts 'talking' to you between 5-6pm to get your attention to let you know that he wants to eat! He is also good with the birds, doesn't seem to bother them.

Name: Zack Age: 2 year

Nice to meet you, my name is Zack and I haven’t been very lucky in my short two years of life.  I have not been trained, not because I’m not smart, but no one took the time.  I really want to learn how to be the best husky ever, but I need your help.  I was given up by my previous owners, and I’m ashamed to say, not housebroken.  I know, I know, I’m way to old to be a bed wetter, but no one ever trained me.  Other than that, I am a sweet boy who loves to play and enjoy other dogs, big people, little people and life.

I am full of energy and like to go for walks.  I don’t like being in a crate very much, but just like potty training, I can learn.  Please think about me for your family, I would love to be with an active family and I will show you how well I can learn all the things I need to.  Just a little love goes a long way with me and I will give you forever love right back.
