Hi, my name is Smokey. I was surrendered to a shelter along with my other 6 brothers and sisters, but I was lucky and found a home.  The family deceided they didn’t want me and I was returned to the shelter.  SFSHRI was nice enough to take me in to be with my sisters Echo, Schaii, Snowy and brother Sioux who are already in this rescue.  We were all given up for adoption, as our family was no longer able to care for us.  There were 7 of us, but our other 2 sisters were able to find homes. Hopefully it will be their forever home.  We would like to find a home together but I know it is impossible for some families to handle so many dogs, even though we are so well behaved.  It would be nice if we could at least be split 2 and 2.  No matter what happens, we would be happy to have a new home with at least one other dog in it, as we are not used to being alone.  Each of us is crate trained, housebroken, walks well on a leash, and still full of energy.  We love to play and wrestle, we are all very sweet natured and love people.  We are all healthy, happy and fun loving huskies.  Please consider adopting one or all of us, as we will give you lots of love and fill you hearts will joy.  We are a great looking group and each of us has that special something that will bring a smile to your face.

Hi, I’m Sienna and a very pretty girl, I am told.  I have had a pretty tough life so far, and I’m counting on you to adopt me so I can play, have fun with a family, and become the fabulous dog I can and will be.  I like to ride in the car and am housebroken. My previous family did not socialize me, so I need a little leash and some obedience training.  You will have to take some time with me, but I really want to learn, and I’m quite smart.  Just show me a treat, and I’ll try to do what you ask.  I love to play and would like to have a family who is active like me.  I want to be your very best friend. I love people, so won’t you give me a chance to be your best girl and I promise that I will love you forever.

Hello, nice to meet you, I’m Ivy.  I am a very petite little girl for a husky, who loves to climb chain link fences. I can get over one in the blink of an eye.  I’ve practiced a lot.  It would be best if you did not leave me in the yard unattended.  Please understand I’m not trying to run away from you, I just can’t help myself and want to run like the wind. I am housebroken, just need some leash training. The people who once had me shaved off my pretty coat, I tried to let them know you’re not supposed to shave huskies, and now I can’t wait until it grows back.  I love other dogs and people a lot. I wish all the time for a new family that is active and has kids for me to play with so we can have lots of fun to tire me out.  I still have a lot of puppy energy.  I need to learn some basic commands, but I’m smart. Please consider adopting me, I want a new loving family to call my own.

My name is Angel and I am just as my name implies a real angel because I love everyone, any size human, all dogs and I’m just the happiest girl on earth.   I walk well on a leash, and I’m housebroken, but I do occasionally have an accident when I just can’t hold it any longer, but if you take me out when I need to go, I promise I won’t give you any problem.  I am crate trained and love to go into my crate sometimes just for a nap.  I love affection and want to be with you all the time especially if you’re petting me.  I do counter surf, so if you want to keep me out of food that is no good for me, make sure I can’t find it as I just can’t help myself with that one, as I’m a dog and food is food!  I would love to be with a family with kids and other dog/s and a family that goes in the car as I love to go for rides.  Please think about adopting me, as my family can’t keep me anymore and I need a new one.  Please let it me yours!

I’m Jesse, and a very good, sweet and loving girl.  Some mean people pushed me out of a moving car.  These other nice people saw what happened and helped me get into rescue..  Now I need a family who will love and take care of me. I’m crate trained, housebroken, and cat friendly. Perhaps my life hasn’t gone as well as I hoped, but I am such a loving girl. I know that someone will step forward to take me home.  Also kids are great! I just love playing with them. They are my favorite kind of people. Hello, my name is Cody and I am a very handsome husky boy who has a soft wooly coat which needs to be brushed often.  I was rescued from a shelter and now I need a forever home.  I like other large dogs and I love to be with people.  I am very sociable, crate trained, walk well on a leash, housebroken, and an excellent traveler in the car (love the car).  It would be great to have a special family that would love me as much as I would love them.  Since I am still so young, I have a lot of husky energy and like to run and play all the time.  It would be great to have an active family to do stuff with.  Please think about adopting me, I will give you lots and lots of love back.

Hello, my name is Mitzi. I'm new to this (rescue) but have a couple years under my harness. Would you consider adopting me please :)

Alex is a handsome brown-eyed boy with a rich gray and white coat.  He is housebroken, but not crate trained. Alex loves to play with a tennis ball. He chews them like they are bubble gum. He likes to rinse them off in his water dish too He has once lived with a cat, but is not necessarily cat friendly.  He walks well on a leash and is good with children and likes people in general.  He also will let you know when it is time to eat! He starts 'talking' to you between 5-6pm to get your attention to let you know that he wants to eat! He is also good with the birds, doesn't seem to bother them.

Hello my name is Max, I am 6 years old. My favorite things to do are dig. If you give me a bone I will put it under my blanket. I love to sleep with my owners in their bed, I also like to sleep on the couch and under things, I love car rides, love to howl, and love to run. I don’t get along with small dogs and small children. I would love to have a home with a fenced yard I love to run.. I am a good learner.  I’ve already learned sit.
