Animal AbuseUnlike most crime victims, animals can’t seek help themselves. They depend on YOU to stop their suffering. And if you don’t call for help, who will? If you suspect an animal may be suffering from abuse or neglect (such as your neighbor’s dog is left outdoors with no shelter, food or water), before calling us, call the following authorities according to your county.


BROWARD
: To investigate animal cruelty in unincorporated areas of the county call, 954-359-1313 ext 232. To investigate an animal cruelty situation in an incorporated city, call the city police department.
